1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all digital content products purchased through this website (durianhodl.com), including but not limited to PDF e-books.

2. Digital Product Refund PolicyReasonable Exception under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act

Under the "reasonable exception" provision of Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, e-books are classified as digital content products. Once a download has been initiated or reading has commenced, the statutory cooling-off period does not apply. Since the provision of digital content is considered complete upon PDF download, refund requests cannot be accepted due to the inherent nature of digital goods.

3. Exceptions

The following circumstances may qualify for a refund or resolution:

Duplicate Charges

If a system error results in duplicate charges, please provide a screenshot of your transaction records. We will refund the overcharged amount within 7 business days.

Corrupted Files

If the downloaded PDF file cannot be opened or the content is severely damaged, please contact customer support within 48 hours of purchase. Upon verification, we will either provide a new download link or issue a full refund.
